Skolkovo Foundation and Starta Accelerator Sign Cooperation Agreement
The Skolkovo Foundation, a Russian organization that fosters startups and venture capitals, and Starta Accelerator, New York’s premier Euro-American tech accelerator have signed a cooperation agreement.
Skolkovo and Starta have been successfully working together for a long time, and the new cooperation agreement will help even further increase the number of joint projects, and grow Starta’s exposure to talented Eastern European entrepreneurs and IT specialists, providing them with a launchpad for successful integration into the US and global markets.

“Starta’s team will make every effort to provide the Skolkovo Foundation participants with manufacturing expertise and information on the current technology trends. We are also considering the possibility of creating a joint research, engineering and demonstration center on the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center.”
Among the graduates of both acceleration programs are already successful companies such as Online Patent, GeoCV, and Navigine.
Online Patent— an IT company in the legal tech sphere, Online Patent is an international digital platform intended for intellectual rights protection and control. “Online Patent” ranks among Top 3 largest market players by the number of filed electronic trademark applications for the first half of 2017.
GeoCV — 3D reality capture company . The stationary 3D interior scanning technology is developed using an automatic 3D-camera head for a smartphone. The company has implemented more than 180 projects for creation of 3D virtual tours in cooperation with the largest real estate agencies in New York.
Navigine — a global provider of integrated positioning mobile technologies that enable advanced virtual navigation and proximity solutions. Navigine also offers marketing and customer movement analytics.
