Starta Accelerator is the Laziest Investor: DISTRIBUTED Demo Day on April 13th and more!
Despite the forecast and constant weather changes in NY, we at Starta Ventures have been living like it’s spring. Spring is far more than just changing of the seasons, it’s rebirth and reinvention.
Starta Accelerator has always been exploring and testing different Demo Day formats (you probably remember our silent demo day?), as we don’t want the investors to attend just another round of startup infomercials and then, lets be honest, it’s quite difficult to bring investors to meet foreign founders and draw their attention to international startups.
So this time we chose to empower the founders to come up with their own Demo Day. (some may say that Katya and Starta Team is simply being too lazy to take care of another Demo Day production — yes sirs, we are, but laziness is the father of innovation)
This approach gives our founders an additional experience of hosting and running an event, inviting speakers and communicating in a way that best fits their business model, which in turn allows them to be themselves within their industry.
After some consideration, they came up with the DISTRIBUTED Demo Day Breakfast and Panel Discussions concept.
The Distributed Demo Day is all about letting founders distribute themselves throughout four industry panels in the areas of marketing, content, transportation, and blockchain technologies.
Please join us on Friday, April 13th at 9 am at Rise NYC, 43 W. 23rd st., New York, to meet 18 innovative startups from Europe and learn more about latest trends from different industries. Meet industry experts, VC and high-end startups who will share their thoughts on trends & investment opportunities, join the exciting discussions and heated debates!

· May 31st -June 1st Starta’s partnering up with Skolkovo and bringing awesome speakers to Startup Village, the largest startup conference in Russia & the CIS countries for tech entrepreneurs.
